Love Club Creativity in Motion: Yoga + Art Workshop with artist Caley Holmboe
We would love to invite you to this creative wellbeing workshop taking place over zoom!
We will begin with a 45 minute movement and meditation class led by Polly, opening up your body, getting the creative juices flowing, and allowing you to enter the art space feeling relaxed and ready to express yourself!
This will be followed by our creative session led by Caley Holmboe. Caley has six years of experience leading creative wellbeing and arts workshops with different community groups in London, and will take you through 45 minutes of quick creative games, starting with playful portrait line-drawing games, finishing with a creative self-portrait!
The yoga portion is suitable for everyone, with modifications for every body and energy level, and will leave you feeling stretched and rejuvenated. The art portion is non-judgemental, fun, and open to total beginners, and artists alike!
Materials required: Paper, pens and pencils, and if possible some coloured pens/pencils (will make it much more fun!)
