Workplace Arts & Wellness

A core part of Love Club is our workplace offering. We love to come into workplaces, co-working spaces, or managed buildings and support teams with stress, fatigue and burnout. We also LOVE to celebrate or support key dates in the calendar- how about a lino-printing workshop to celebrate Earth Day, or a Yoga Nidra session to support Blue Monday?

Our corporate wellness sessions and programmes are designed to bring creativity, calm, and connection into busy workdays, helping teams recharge and reduce stress. From mindful movement and guided meditation to creative workshops that spark inspiration, our sessions offer practical tools for colleagues to take away, whilst providing much needed moments of peace, calm and creativity.

Workplace Yoga

Adding a one-off, or regular (or somewhere in between) yoga session in your workplace can be a great way to support employee wellbeing. We tailor sessions to ensure they are as accessible as possible, and can work around different themes, or requirements.

All sessions include some form of meditation and mindfulness, breathwork and movement. 

These sessions will most likely be led by Polly Butterfield, the Founder of Love Club- a trauma-informed yoga facilitator with over 7 years of teaching experience. 

An idea of what your sessions could look like:

- Vinyasa Flow

-Yin and Yoga Nidra

-Mindful Movement

-Chair or Desk Based Yoga

Creative Wellbeing Sessions

Our creative sessions invite people to slow down, reconnect, and tap into their innate imagination.

 

Blending gentle guidance with playful exploration, we use tools like mindful art-making, nature-inspired practices, poetry, and intuitive drawing (among many other mediums) to help participants switch off from the noise of daily life and tune into a deeper sense of presence.

 

Whether delivered in workplaces, community settings, or retreats, these sessions offer a grounding, expressive space where people can unwind, discover new perspectives, and feel nourished by the simple joy of creating.

Ideas include:

-Poetry and Creative Writing

-Printmaking Workshops

-Mindful Art and Drawing

-Collage or Vision Board Making

We have a bank of creative freelancers who offer a variety of creative skills, so if you've got any ideas, we most likely have the perfect person to offer it!

Workplace Wellbeing Retreat

Our workplace wellbeing retreats and seasonal wellbeing Half-Days offer teams a much-needed pause from the fast pace of professional life. Whether it’s a calming Christmas wellness afternoon, a workplace milestone or anniversary, or a way to celebrate important days like Earth Day, Blue Monday or World Mental Health Day.

Each experience is thoughtfully curated to help teams relax, reconnect, and feel inspired. Blending gentle movement, restorative practices, creative workshops, and moments of mindful rest, these sessions bring a sense of ease and collective joy into the workplace. They’re a chance for teams to step away from their desks, deepen connection, and return to work feeling grounded, energised, and genuinely cared for.

An Afternoon might look like:

-Vinyasa Flow Yoga, followed by a chai tea and organic snack, enjoyed with a journalling session, leading into a creative writing and poetry workshop.

This option is totally tailored to you, and we will have the chance to meet as many times as you need to get the offering perfected.
